I bring financial and strategic experience to every coaching programme, drawn from years not just as a professional coach, but working in banking and management consulting at business, executive and board level.

I am highly qualified; an accredited practitioner committed to personal professional development. I am certified in MBTI I and II, FiroB, Hogan Development Survey, and have regular supervision.

2. A fully personalised programme
Through close consultation, I get to know you, your organisation and the challenges of the wider market in which it operates.

Following a chemistry meeting and discussion with you and other key stakeholders (HR, your line manager) we ensure your coaching programme is structured around the objectives of the organisation and your private goals and aspirations, including ‘what next’? Honest, 360-degree feedback taken up about one-third through the programme is designed to challenge your thinking and brings the voices of key stakeholders into the coaching conversation.

3. A safe environment
An executive coaching programme is typically made up of monthly, two-hour sessions held over a period of six to twelve months. Or you may opt for a more flexible-access approach, if this better suits your needs.

I work with clients at their offices or at a central London meeting spaces, and sometimes over video/skype. Within a safe, confidential environment, you drive the agenda and progress of each session and conversation.

4. Measuring success
With a defined timeline to work to, together we ensure your coaching programme never loses sight of the overall objectives. Frequent progress checks allow you to see how coaching is shifting and transforming the way you think, work, manage and lead. A final review assesses the overall outcomes of your programme and a way forward. Throughout your journey, you’ll have the support you need to step up and grow your leadership style and sure-footedness.
